These standard terms of trade govern all bulk apparel supply, logistics, and quality claims processed through the Anand Garments hub in Katni, Madhya Pradesh.

1. Minimum Orders & Pricing

Key Constraints

We supply exclusively to registered retailers, boutique owners, and regional distributors. All pricing is direct-from-hub and depends on bale volumes. Minimum order quantities must be met before dispatch confirmation.

2. Logistics & Dispatch

All bulk orders are packed and dispatched from our central hub in Katni, Madhya Pradesh. Standard transit times depend on the destination pin code and regional transport partners. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier.

3. Quality Control & Claims

We enforce strict bale-by-bale quality control prior to dispatch. Any claims regarding manufacturing defects or sorting discrepancies must be filed with photographic proof within seven business days of shipment arrival.

Minimum order quantities apply to all dispatches. Bale-level quality claims must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

4. Governing Law

These terms and all bulk supply transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Katni, Madhya Pradesh.

All bulk shipments originate from our central Katni, Madhya Pradesh hub under standard regional transport agreements.
